The Richmond USSDC event will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2010 with the established USSDC schedule with one exciting addition, on Saturday evening.

There will be lots of general dancing to a live Ballroom Dance Band!

Weekend Event Venue:  The ACCA Shriners Ballroom, 1712 Bellevue Ave, Richmond, VA 23227; which is the biggest and most elegant ballroom in Richmond, seating over 400 with tables surrounding the 45’ X 72’ plus hardwood dance floor and tables in the two level tier seating sections.  Don’t miss this event!

Saturday USSDC Event:  “Dress to the Nines” formal or semi-formal (shirt with collar, tie, and jacket required for men spectators and non-competitors).  Competitors may wear their typical smooth, rhythm, standard and Latin dance costumes during performances.  Lunch and dinner provided.

Hotel Accommodations:  The Event hotel is the new Aloft Richmond Hotel, located in the center of the new trendy “Broad Street Village” near the Short Pump Mall.  Reserve you room early for the best rate – Deadline 6/26/09.
